Do I need to sign up to shop with you?
You can access our entire shop without logging in, but you do have to sign up to purchase any items. Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters and special discount.

What is your return/refund policy?
Unfortunately, all items delivered are not exchangeable or refundable.
All IWAN TIRTA PRIVATE COLLECTION items are carefully inspected prior to delivery. Any inconsistencies in color and texture are a unique characteristic of hand made batik.
When can you process my order?
Your order will be process in the following business day, 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holiday.
Why is my order cancelled ?
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within two business days.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.
